The list includes Warren Zevon, Mary Gauthier, Slaid Cleaves, Lucinda Williams, Eliza Gilkyson, Butch Hancock, Jim Lauderdale, Jerry Lee Lewis, Peter Case, Steve Earle, Harry Dean Stanton, Billy Swan, Victoria Williams and many more. Gurf worked with Lucinda Williams for eleven years, serving as guitarist, vocalist and bandleader, as well as producing her critically acclaimed albums ‘Lucinda Williams’ and ‘Sweet Old World’.
